Job Description Collect and analyse data on supply chain operations, including sourcing, production, inventory, warehousing, transport, and delivery. Identify performance gaps and process inefficiencies; propose and implement solutions to improve throughput, reduce cost, minimise waste, and improve service levels. Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply-chain performance (e.g., inventory turn, order fulfillment rate, lead times, cost per unit). Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to enable decision-making by stakeholders. Forecast demand, assess supply and inventory needs, and support planning activities to ensure product availability while minimising carrying costs. Work cross-functionally with procurement/sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of supply-chain strategies. Assist in vendor/supplier management: evaluate supplier performance, collaborate on contracts, monitor compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, data-system implementation, or upgrades (ERP, SCM tools, WMS) as relevant. Manage inventory control activities: define reorder points, safety stocks, monitor obsolete/slow-moving inventory, and coordinate dispositions. Identify risks in the supply chain (e.g., supply disruptions, logistic delays) and develop mitigation or contingency plans. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years (or as per level) experience in supply chain, logistics, operations analytics, or a related business analytics role. Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, perform root-cause analysis, interpret trend,s and translate into actionable insights. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.), and ideally knowledge of SQL, data-visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP/SCM systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills: must liaise with various departments and external suppliers. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
