Develop, maintain and analyse Supply Chain KPIs and operational dashboards. Produce weekly and monthly reports covering warehouse, transport, inventory and supplier performance.

- Analyse service levels, fill rate, backorders, inventory health and logistics costs, providing recommendations for improvements.

- Regularly review inventory levels across Australia and New Zealand to identify stock imbalances, excess inventory, and potential stock shortages. Monitor transfer orders from initiation through to receipt.

- Monitor warehouse performance across Melbourne Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) and 3PL warehouses

- Analyse warehouse productivity including Receiving performance, Put-away, Picking, Despatch, Inventory accuracy, Returns processing.

- Monitor transport performance across all carriers and distribution partners.

- Maintain the national VOR register, review all open VOR orders daily and prepare VOR reporting for weekly management meetings.

- Conduct regular warehouse capacity and utilisation analysis for GWM-owned Warehouse

- Analyse current and forecast requirements for storage capacity, inbound volumes, outbound volumes, picking activity, labour and operational throughput.
