Company Description Supply Chain Analyst 📅 Full Time | Mon–Fri 📍 Balcatta Support Centre | WA About the Role Are you passionate about turning data into strategic insights? 📊 We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support our Supply Management team across Food, Indirect, and Facilities Management categories. Reporting to the Data Architect, you’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day, periodic, and ad‑hoc reporting. You’ll also play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end procurement support from sourcing and tendering through to contract management, supplier performance, and project updates. The role is a hybrid working model. Three days at the Balcatta Office and two days at home. Job Description 📈 Reporting & Insights Deliver reports across sourcing, contract management, procure‑to‑pay, and supplier management Support global and responsible sourcing reporting requirements Build and update dashboards in Excel/Power BI Respond to ad‑hoc data and reporting requests 🛠️ Data Support & Quality Maintain ETL/ELT processes and reporting workflows Support data governance, taxonomy, and metadata management Conduct routine data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process flows 🤝 Teamwork & Communication Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and analytics teams Clearly explain data and reporting outputs to non‑technical users What We’re Looking For 💻 Technical Skills Strong/Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities for managing large-scale data assets and translating complex figures into reports for leadership teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI A working knowledge of SQL, Core Data Models (CDM), and relational databases Understanding of data structures, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting workflows to ensure the integrity and accessibility of the reporting environment. Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure, and data preparation for AI and automation use cases. 🌟 Personal Skills Strong time management, personal organisation, and consultative problem‑solving that balances close attention to detail with the ability to support stakeholders in making data‑driven decisions. Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Analyst will manage day-to-day reporting and insights while supporting end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing and contract management.
