Company Description Are you passionate about transforming data into strategic insights? We’re seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Management team, supporting nationwide procurement operations across Food, Indirect, and Facilities Management categories. As the primary point of contact for systematic reporting, you’ll play a key role in delivering scheduled updates and responding to ad-hoc analytics requests. Reporting to the Procurement Process and Systems Manager, you’ll also support the Data Reporting Architecture and collaborate with internal stakeholders and offshore teams. Job Description Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Reporting Deliver monthly and quarterly reports across sourcing, contract management, procure-to-pay, and supplier management Manage catalogue inflation, logistics spend, Indigenous spend, savings consolidation, and contract lifecycle tracking Support corporate responsible sourcing and global brokerage reporting Develop and maintain new reports and respond to analytics requests Data Management & Quality Assist with data governance, taxonomy, and metadata management Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple procurement systems Conduct routine data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies Team Collaboration & Development Support reporting strategy and collaborate with Data Architect and Procurement teams Communicate insights clearly and participate in ongoing training Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices Data Pipeline & Documentation Monitor and improve ETL/ELT processes Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process flows Qualifications Qualifications and Experience 2–3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement analytics Demonstrated analyst and reporting experience Proven support across Food & Beverage, Facilities Management, and/or Indirect categories A basic understanding of data warehousing or dimensional modelling concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel (data manipulation, formulas), and Microsoft other product familiarity Foundational understanding of SQL, relational database concepts (tables, keys, relationships) Experience with implementing real-world AI applications is advantageous Strong time management, personal organisation, and attention to detail Understands and implements the most effective and efficient processes for completing tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Additional Information Sodexo is the world’s leading provider of food services.
