Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index. Responsibilities Major Responsibilities: Create, Maintain and improve planning tools and integrate with new systems. Manage distribution of subcomponents within MAMAT, intercompany sales and third party sales. Maintain cycle count creation for MAMAT. Collect and analyze supply chain data to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Recommend improvements to the supply chain process to boost performance on the shop floor. Essential Functions: Manage and maintain WIP status for jobs and job tasks. Create bi-weekly planning spreadsheet. Create bi-weekly jobs to be released spreadsheet. Update ship dates as provided from operations. Assist with job planning and prioritization activities as needed. Manage supply chain portion of new vendor process. Create daily cycle count journals and counting lists per schedule, adjust and improve as needed. Manage review and disposition of slow moving and obsolete subcomponents and raw materials. Assist with inventory levels to meet company goals for raw, WIP, and finished goods Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements 3-5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain role Experience in data analysis and reporting Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory planning, warehouse management) Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, relational databases Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field Additional Requirements: Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude Must be able to clearly present ideas and reports in written and verbal format Must be able to work well with subordinates, peers and superiors in all departments of the Company Must be able to work well with external contacts of the Company Must have good time management, planning and organizational skills Individual must be a: Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15 Morgan Advanced Materials is an EEO/AA/M/W/D/V Employer Ind-1
