ABOUT NOVAFARMS

At NovaFarms, we’re redefining the way honey and natural products reach markets globally. As a fast-growing, innovative agri-business with a commitment to sustainability and operational excellence, we’re proud to deliver premium-quality products while streamlining processes across our value chain.
We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Adelaide-based team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional passionate about improving procurement, logistics, and inventory processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the CEO and working alongside internal teams and suppliers, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our supply chain operations—from procurement through production and distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse supply chain and logistics data to uncover opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Support procurement and production scheduling to ensure timely order fulfilment and minimal material shortages.
Maintain and improve inventory tracking and reporting systems for better decision-making and forecasting.
Coordinate with packaging suppliers and logistics providers to optimise shipping and delivery timelines.
Manage route activity including invoicing, electronic bills, shipment tracking, and transport documentation.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, production flow, and vendor performance.
Assist in ERP and digital tool implementations and upgrades (e.g., Xero, Excel dashboards).
Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory and logistics standards.
Collaborate with international and local stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives.
