JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in logistics, inventory management, and procurement. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and the ability to leverage data analytics tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • College or University Diploma in Business Management, Finance, or a related field or relevant experience in supply chain analysis.
  • CPIM is considered an Asset
  • Experience in statistical reporting, forecasting, and understanding of financial and operational impacts of forecasting
  • SAP and/or SAP Business One experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Well organized and prides themselves on attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Basic understanding of EDI standards is considered an Asset

Responsibilities
  • Collect data on supply chain operations.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the key areas such as operations, finance, quality assurance, sales, among others.
  • Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
  • Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery
  • Support new customer onboarding based on company guidelines
  • Monitor EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and timely processing of data
