Position Summary The Supply Chain Analyst provides critical support for Omron Healthcare’s supply chain operations, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Operations. This role strengthens organizational bench depth by alleviating tactical workload from senior leadership and ensuring continuity in forecasting, reporting, inventory, and logistics support. By developing under Sr. Manager, Operations leadership, the analyst will be positioned as part of the succession pipeline while driving day-to-day operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Data & Forecast Analysis * Collect, consolidate, and analyze demand forecasts across broker and direct customer channels. * Validate forecast accuracy, flag risks, and provide actionable insights to improve demand planning. * Support S&OP cycles with timely, accurate reporting. Performance Reporting & KPI Tracking * Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards covering forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, logistics costs, service levels, and returns. * Provide regular reporting packages to management, identifying trends and areas for efficiency gains. Inventory & Logistics Support * Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and reconcile data with 3PL partners. * Support SKU lifecycle activities (set-up, changes, discontinuations) in ERP systems. * Track inbound freight, coordinate documentation with brokers/forwarders, and assist with warehouse workorders (repack, relabel, promotional builds). Audit & Compliance Support * Assist with JSOX, UL, and financial audits by ensuring data integrity and process documentation. * Maintain master data accuracy to reduce audit risk. Succession & Development * Shadow Sr. Manager’s responsibilities to ensure knowledge transfer and succession readiness. * Provide backup support during peak workload cycles or absence of leadership. * Contribute to continuous improvement projects, including Project Oasis IT integrations and adoption of AI forecasting tools. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. * 2–4 years’ experience in supply chain analytics, forecasting, inventory, or logistics. * Strong Excel and ERP system skills (JDE preferred); exposure to forecasting or planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) a plus. * Experience working with 3PLs, brokers, or freight forwarders preferred. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Experience with AI integration into supply chain function preferred Competencies * Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. * Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally and with external partners. * Growth mindset with desire to develop into future leadership.
