SHINE Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will enhance product workflow by analyzing data to find areas for improvement, developing strategies for efficiency, monitoring KPIs, planning projects, using analytical tools, and researching best practices to assist with managing the end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes. The Supply Chain Analyst is also involved in managing inventory levels, conducting inventory audits, coordinating with procurement, logistics, and planning, using ERP and inventory software, ensuring compliance, and coordinating disposal of obsolete materials.
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Analystinclude, but are not limited to:

  • Supports operations and planning to optimize requirements for daily business.
  • Tracks and analyzes inventory levels and develops reports, dashboards, and other resources to facilitate material management processes.
  • Monitors information required by the supply chain team to ensure critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
  • Coordinates with planning, logistics, procurement, production, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
  • Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions.
  • Coordinates disposition and disposal of expired and obsolete materials.
  • Assists procurement with vendor scorecards.
  • Become rad shipper certified and assist with weekly shipments.
  • Other duties as required by the Supply Chain team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management and/or two to four years of experience in a supply chain or materials management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
  • Efficiently prepare reports for management and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies or professional certification in supply chain are beneficial.

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.
