Compensation range: $80K - $92K/Annually

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in logistics and supply management or related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • 3-5 years’ experience, in a supply management role or related position

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proven knowledge of inventory management and contract compliance.
  • Proficient in the data analysis tools used in the industry.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data.
  • Understand data analysis and interpretation and know how to extract actionable insights from the information.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • General Data Analysis Software/Supply Chain planning software
  • Proficient in spreadsheet applications, SQL analysis tools and mathematical analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical software as it relates to the position.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY, AN INDIVIDUAL MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM EACH ESSENTIAL DUTY SATISFACTORILY.

  • Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors.
  • Prepares reports or dashboards to provide reliable activity data to stakeholders.
  • Monitors suppliers for contract compliance.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.
  • Additional job duties or responsibilities may be assigned within scope of position.
