Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the broader Supply Chain team with administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory management, order processing, and data analysis. You’ll assist in ensuring smooth operations while helping maintain the accuracy of data, manage supplier communications, and support the team in achieving performance goals. If you’re an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving and learning new skills, we would love to have you on board.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
  • Support the Supply Chain team with daily administrative tasks, including order entry, shipment tracking, and invoicing.
  • Communicate with suppliers to track order statuses, resolve issues, and update internal teams on progress.
  • Analyze inventory reports and provide insights to support inventory planning and demand forecasting.
  • Assist in managing logistics documentation and coordinating shipments as needed.
  • Help maintain efficient communication between internal departments, including logistics, finance, and procurement.
  • Support the monthly forecasting process by gathering and organizing data for review.
  • Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives and ensure operational efficiency.
