Position Summary The Supply Chain Analyst supports Purchasing and Supply Chain operations through reporting, inventory analysis, supplier performance tracking, and routine purchasing activities. This role provides data-driven insights to support operational decisions and process improvements while assisting with day-to-day supply chain activities. Responsibilities Create and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Analyze inventory levels, shortages, supplier performance, and purchasing data. Support forecasting, planning, and inventory management activities. Monitor open purchase orders and supplier delivery commitments. Assist with routine purchasing activities and supplier follow-up. Maintain ERP data accuracy and reporting. Support management with reporting, analysis, and special projects. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred or equivalent relevant work experience. 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis. ERP/MRP system experience preferred. Power BI experience is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position supports Purchasing, Planning, and Supply Chain leadership by improving operational visibility, driving data-based decisions, and providing purchasing support when needed
