What's the role?   We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision making and financial control across our supply chain operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across logistics, quality, and commercial teams to ensure strong visibility of costs, performance, and operational insights.     This role is responsible for:    Owning the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process, including purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier coordination  Monitoring supply chain spend against budget and supporting month-end financial processes  Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and performance reports across cost, service, and operations  Providing insights and analysis to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities  Ko wai koe? Who are you?   We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional who thrives at the intersection of operations and finance. You enjoy working with data, simplifying complexity, and influencing decisions through insight. You will also have:    3+ years’ experience in FMCG, food production, logistics, retail, or similar environments   Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and experience using reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)   Good understanding of invoicing and cost tracking processes   A structured and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively   Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to translate data into meaningful insights   Comfortable working across both operational and analytical areas   Accountable, self-driven, and motivated to continuously improve  Hold a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Finance He aha e tika ai a Zespri?
