The Role: Business Analyst What will you do? The Business Analyst position will deliver timely business reporting requirements to support Supply Chain operations. The position is expected to have a high-level understanding of Supply Chain business processes & information needs. You will also require solid skills in report change management and report simplification techniques. Maintain operational reports, dashboards, ad hoc reports and internal team reports with high accuracy and in a timely manner based on report calendar/commitment Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data Assist in the enforcement of reporting deadlines and schedules Ensures that reporting issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner Simplifies the reporting process through report re-engineering, automation and digitization Work with the Supply Chain operations team to understand key reporting and analysis requirements, existing flows, goals, constraints, etc. Accomplish functional requirement document required for a new report and report revision requests Works with the report development team for new reports and report changes. Thoroughly tests new and revised reports, ensuring compliance to functional requirement specifications before deployment to operations Consistently delivers high-quality analytics services to the Supply Chain operations group Who would be successful? Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related course 2-3 years of experience in an analytics role working with complex data and multiple data sources Familiar with Supply Chain business processes and data Solid skills in MS Excel, MS Access and Tableau High attention to detail and excellent organization and documentation skills Competent in managing report improvement projects and able to work with a cross-functional team Must have strong written and oral communication skills Candidate must be willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite What’s in it for me?
