Your tasks

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analytics & Forecasting Manager (m/f/diverse) to join our team in Hannover, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing raw material demand data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our supply chain operations by improving forecast accuracy. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with a deep understanding of raw material sourcing and supply chain management.

  • Establish end-to-end visibility in raw material demand planning by building a robust volume budgeting and forecasting framework
  • Optimize raw material demand planning to ensure accurate budget and forecast data that supports tire purchasing strategies and secure production supply
  • Implement advanced, state-of-the-art planning methods and tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance forecast precision and responsiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Plant Operations, and IT to enable agile adjustments in response to dynamic market and supply conditions
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, transparency, and system integration
  • Design, develop, and standardize a comprehensive reporting landscape tailored to management and key stakeholders for the raw material demand planning

Your profile

  • University degree in the field of supply chain management / business administration / economics / information technology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of work experience, in the following or similar fields: Supply chain management, logistics, purchasing/sales, industrial engineering, controlling, information technology (SAP, RMDP, MPOP)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of raw material sourcing, supply chain optimization, and market trend analysis
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills
  • High degree of international and intercultural experience required
