As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organised, deadline-focused Supply Chain/Admin Assistant to keep our operations running seamlessly. You’ll manage purchase and sales orders for key accounts with accuracy and speed—making sure nothing slips, especially around critical month-end deadlines.
This role thrives on clear, fast communication—often by phone—to get answers, solve issues, and keep orders moving without delay. You’ll be the vital link between sales, customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring the order-to-delivery process stays on track in a busy, fast-paced environment.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Outstanding organisation with the ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident and professional on the phone, able to resolve issues quickly.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) with good numerical skills.
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ttenacious and resilient individual and team player who is capable of building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Positive, proactive, and resilient with a “can-do” attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase and sales orders for key accounts—accurately, on time, every time.
  • Arrange deliveries and booking out stock, liaising with Transport and Coldstores.
  • Issue invoices promptly and meet all month-end processing deadlines.
  • Handle credit notes
  • Credit Control, including sending statements and chasing overdue invoices.
  • Keep things moving with proactive phone and email communication.
  • Provide efficient admin support to the Managing Director.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing them to enhance efficiency.
