Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records. Dispatch: Monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with distributors and partners. Data Analysis: Interpreting operational data to identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and find opportunities for improvement. Cost Reduction: Developing strategies to cut expenses while maintaining quality. Process Improvement: Innovating and optimizing supply chain processes for greater efficiency. Risk Management: Identifying vulnerabilities and helping create contingency plans. Sustainability: Implementing eco-friendly practices and meeting environmental goals. Relationship Building: Building relationships with key stakeholders internally as well as support.
