We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics IT Domain Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne, Germany. This role involves leading IT initiatives to enhance warehouse operations globally. The successful candidate will work with central and regional supply chain teams to optimize flows, refine processes, and streamline operations. Responsibilities include managing complex EDI integrations with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), harmonizing our ERP system with retail systems from a supply chain perspective, and ensuring seamless integration with carriers and TMS activities.
This is a permanent, full-time position located at our headquarters in Cologne.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the global implementation, enhancement, and ongoing refinement of our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of the business across all regions.
  • With at least 8 years of experience in a similar industry—preferably within luxury goods, you’ll leverage your expertise to manage sophisticated EDI integrations with third-party logistics providers, enhancing communication and streamlining workflows.
  • Overseeing the seamless incorporation of core systems such as Genrix and various Supply Chain Management platforms into our existing operational framework while ensuring they align with our overall strategy.
  • Working intimately with the supply chain team to precisely comprehend their requirements, you will orchestrate system upgrades and expansions to support organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Developing strategic integration approaches in concert with carrier specifications to implement/operate Transportation Management System (TMS) operations.
  • Simultaneously managing multiple projects without compromising on daily functional excellence or losing sight of long-term project goals.
  • Curating comprehensive training programs for new system rollouts and delivering end-user support post-launch.
