Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Accountable for scheduling customer orders, controlling supplier orders and plant logistics operations
  • Develop Superior Customer Satisfaction & Trust
  • Oversee the demand forecasting process, collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance to generate accurate forecasts that inform production and inventory planning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the planning process : SIOP, MPP, MPS
  • Follow purchased orders and monitor the suppliers performance
  • Partner with the procurement team to develop and valid new suppliers
  • Control and monitor the factory inventory – Maintain and optimize the stocks
  • Install the cycle count process for the inventory accuracy all over the year
  • Manage the logistics team for streamlining the flows within the plant from receiving, to putaway, to kitting, to shipping
  • Lead and animate the performance of the supply chain and planning team : planners, buyers and logistics supervisor
  • Clearly and concisely communicates with all business partners by simplifying complex situations enabling rapid decision-making and forward progress.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or Operations
  • Minimum 8 years of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Vendor Forecasting and Customer Forecasting
  • Minimum 8 years as manager
  • Proficient with SAP
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Data base knowledge SQL, Access, etc
  • Fluent in English – Written and Oral
