THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking talented Supply Chain and Subcontracts Graduates to commence in January 2026. Graduates will join the Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program in Brisbane in a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one.
Our Supply Chain Management professionals play a key role in guiding critical business support and cutting-edge solutions for the world’s leading aerospace company. The work that Boeing does contributes to aviation and aerospace products, technologies and services that make a difference in the lives of people around the world.

As a Supply Chain and Subcontracts Graduate you will reside in the Supply Chain Management Capability with a foremost role in the subcontracts team under the supervision of a Manager / team lead and other personnel supporting activities such as:

  • Integrating program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. This includes the preparation, negotiation, and execution of commercially sound subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal Boeing processes and policies
  • Monitor and track subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones and maintain accurate records of subcontracts, correspondence, and reports
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support the invoicing and payment processes related to subcontracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Communicate effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency

EDUCATION

Applicants must hold a tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Law (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2026)
