Description
We are looking for a reliable Supply Chain Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly. You will handle from ordering parts to making sure our Madrid facility and tools are in good shape. What You Will Do Buying & Tracking: Create and track daily purchase orders (POs) and keep all paperwork organized. Shipping: communicate with transport companies and customs to make sure deliveries arrive on time. Inventory: Maintain accurate records of consumable goods, performing regular stock checks to prevent shortages. Facility Care: Oversee general maintenance of the office/warehouse and ensure all tools are working and accounted for. What We Are Looking For We highly value previous experience or studies in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Maintenance. Fluent in English Good with Microsoft Excel and basic ERP/database software. Highly organized, independent, and self-drift.
