Join us to take your career journey to the next level! # ProudlyCCI Job Identification To oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, stock monitoring, loading activities, storage quality, and team supervision. Ensures compliance with safety standards, company procedures (FEFO/FIFO/GWP), and supports operational efficiency through proper stock handling, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.What We Expect Full compliance with all occupational health and safety requirements Participating in the daily stock count Monitoring daily inventory levels in the centers, replenishing stock, and loading agent orders within 24 hours Following up on the company systems and ensuring they match all types of inbound and outbound transactions Following up on daily meetings and ensuring their proper and effective implementation Working on identifying cost‑saving opportunities Loading time: 45 minutes for a trailer and 15 minutes for a vehicle Performing daily inventory counts Ensuring and adhering to the application of company systems: FEFO, FIFO, and GWP Ensuring storage quality Reconciling production, and following up on product quality, storage safety, and accuracy of product labeling information Managing the warehouse team, including workers, forklift drivers, and outsourced staff across all shifts Organizing and monitoring employee duties and working hours Completing and submitting daily reports Working on developing skills through training and supporting the transition from manual processes to digital systems and programs Carrying out tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor or department manager within the employee’s job level Adhering to the company’s internal regulations, with acknowledgment of reviewing the internal policy before signing the job description Following up on receiving and dispatching operations and ensuring quantities and specifications match Organizing and storing materials in designated areas according to standards Monitoring inventory levels and preparing periodic reports Qualifications Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs Inventory management skills and experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS, SAP) Strong planning and organizational abilities Problem-solving and decision‑making skills Effective communication and coordination with different teams Good knowledge of safety and quality procedures Effective communication and teamwork skills   What We Embrace:  “People Centered” Focus Equal Salary Advocate A Globally Diverse/An International Workplace Inclusive Team-Building Activities Digital Learning Opportunities Leadership Exposure With Organizational Events Inclusive Language And Culture Social Clubs/Networks Inclusive/Family-Friendly Policies   Who We Are   CCI is a multinational beverage company operating in Türkiye, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Syria.
