Context Under the overall supervision of the Global Supply Chain Officer, and the direct supervision of the Global Prepositioning Officer based in Thessaloniki, and in close coordination with the Supply Chain Emergency Cell, the Supply Chain Associate (Global Stocks Procurement) will be responsible for providing support with procurement, contracting services, and relevant administrative functions, guided by Supply Chain Management (SCM) objectives, to support the efficient sourcing, purchasing, delivery, and recording of goods, services, and equipment in line with organizational policies and donor requirements. The role involves supporting the coordination with vendors and other stakeholders to maintain accurate procurement and contracting records.
Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Associate will support procurement, contracting services, and administrative functions to ensure the efficient sourcing, purchasing, delivery, and recording of goods and services according to organizational policies. This role involves coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to maintain accurate procurement and contracting records under the supervision of the Global Supply Chain Officer and Global Prepositioning Officer.
