Role Overview The Supply Chain Associate (Intern) provides support services for supply chain operational excellence initiatives with a focus on data analytics, digitalization, metrics development, workflow automation, and dashboard creation. This role supports efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization and automation. The Supply Chain Associate works closely with supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Under the direction of the Head of Supply Chain Operational Excellence, responsibilities include: Data Analytics and Metrics Development Collect, clean, and analyze data from supply chain systems Support KPI development and alignment across business units Perform data mining and data aggregation across multiple systems of record Dashboard and Reporting Development Build and maintain dashboards for operational and strategic metrics Automate recurring reports and workflows Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and measure process efficiency Process Automation and Digitalization Assist in developing Microsoft Power Platform automations to reduce or eliminate manual tasks Support workflow documentation and data mapping Support supply chain digital transformation initiatives through adoption of advanced technologies Communication and Collaboration Prepare project documentation and communicate project status updates Support cross‑functional projects across the Supply Chain Management organization Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop and implement digital solutions Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform Experience writing SQL or similar query languages is a plus Experience in low‑code or no‑code development is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Why Should You Apply?
