Description
The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for management of projects in the areas of supply chain assurance, ensuring delivery according to applicable criteria and procedures, and aiming at total customer satisfaction. The main areas of responsibility are: * Manage relationships with customers and implement an approach of total customer focus  * Be responsible for operational arrangements and ensuring delivery of assigned services and projects in the area of Supply Chain Assurance. * Ensure the delivery according to the established Service Delivery Plan, ensuring respect of the costs, time and quality agreed. * Collaborate with account manager in order to prevent and anticipate any difficulties in delivery. * Overview of the planning process in order to maintain an effective and efficient workflow. * Efficient and effective organization of human resources available (promoting communication and team working in the project team). * Oversee auditors' qualification against applicable criteria, periodical performance review, calibration and training. * Periodic control process, reporting to line manager the progress of the work, the quality of the activities performed and deliverables, anticipating the needs of particular interventions or contractual revisions. * Interact with relevant internal functions (sales, administration, planning, invoicing, etc.) for end- to-end management of projects in scope, including regional hubs. * The role also includes typical back-office tasks in support to project management such as regular updating and control of datasets with information submitted from internal and external parties; coordination of information exchange and work-flows; collection, technical review and approval of audit results and reports; monitoring of performance indicators, customer requirements and deadlines; preparation of internal quality and performance reports for direct and top management.
