What You’ll Do Analyze and work with data using AI tools or traditional methods to identify patterns and opportunities for automation. Develop and implement automation solutions using platforms like Power Automate or similar tools. Perform hands-on data entry to understand existing manual systems and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members and leadership to design workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to real projects where your input and design choices will directly impact business processes. Document processes and create user-friendly guides for automated solutions and manual processes within the department. Requirements What We’re Looking For General programming knowledge (Python, VBA, or similar) and willingness to learn new tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data effectively. Interest in automation and process improvement, you like finding smarter ways to get things done. Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with a strong work ethic, you take initiative and follow through on tasks. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptable and eager to learn, especially in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Background Knowledge of supply chain concepts like inventory management Familiarity with computers.
