12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

To support and maintain key business systems by working closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, system reliability, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes, minimizing risk and maximizing value.

• Support key systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and Aeromark.
• Translate business needs into ERP functionalities, supporting multi-market rollouts across Europe.
• Identify and address process gaps; propose and support improvements across supply chain operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and generate reports using Power BI and Excel to support decision making.
• Document system designs and support IT intake processes.
• Train system users and act as a key liaison between supply chain teams, IT, and external partners.
