SOKOL GxP Services is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst (SAP ERP) to support the Cell Therapy Vector & External Manufacturing Operations (VEXMO) of a leading global biopharmaceutical company. This role focuses on optimizing and supporting ERP processes across supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization, ensuring business requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with GMP operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, a deep understanding of Supply Chain and Master Data, and a track record of at least three full-cycle ERP implementations in a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities Lead and support SAP ERP system rollouts for Cell Therapy external manufacturing operations. Develop and execute business requirement documents, UAT scripts, and test plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Business Delivery, Finance, and Manufacturing teams. Support planning and procurement processes, including: Forecasting, MPS, and MRP Purchase Orders, STO, and subcontracting Logistics execution (inbound/outbound deliveries, returns, and verification) 3PL integration and intercompany invoice processing Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity principles throughout ERP processes. Drive continuous improvements for Supply Chain Planning and Master Data Management. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (preferably S/4HANA). Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning, Master Data, and Greenfield SAP implementation. Solid understanding of end-to-end business process design and integration. Experience working in biopharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
