Description
We are seeking a hybrid Supply Chain Business Analyst / Data Scientist to bridge supply chain process and applied Advance Intelligence / analytics. This role will partner closely with supply chain and cross-functional experts to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Own end-to-end delivery of high-value supply chain analytics use cases for Make Integration function from framing business problems and KPIs to building models/dashboards and driving adoption Lead discussions with supply chain process expert to map As-Is/To-Be processes; translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Partner with supply chain process experts to define data requirements, contribute to logical data models, and build robust datasets; perform data extraction and transformation across multiple sources and formats Design and deploy AI solutions, dashboards and automated reports (e.g. Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects) Establish monitoring and alerting for anomalies with defined thresholds and communicate trends to stakeholders Run UAT, manage change, train end users, track benefits realization and maintain clear documentation of assumptions, limitations, and decision logi Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or business analysis role, including experience with SAP Expertise in Data Visualization, Tableau, Excel, SQL/Access databases, SAP Business Objects/Intelligence, Python or Javascript, C and UIPath Ideally work experience in software development (C#, Java), especially in the area of AI (Python, R) Understanding of business processes and Semiconductor process experience strongly preferred High analytical skills and keen perception to approach new challenges Strong communication and presentation skills Contact: Nathan.Kim@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
