QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER

  • Relevant experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing.
  • Relevant aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Able to work with all levels of management and in a fast-paced, matrix reporting organization.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed. Able to learn quickly with a strong ability to drive and deliver results

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the team to meet targets and goals for quality and on-time delivery including oversee the supply chain activities. Drive root cause analysis when targets are not met
  • Lead and supervise team members to develop them towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training
  • Ensure compliance of standards; drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture in the team. Assume roles in EH&S sub-committees
  • Interface with various business functions such as Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Finance and HR to achieve operational goals and company’s objectives
  • Develop performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to track team performance
  • Manage team to ensure material flows across entire supply chain process value stream
  • Ensure accuracy and fulfilment for Module and Engine Assembly
  • Support and implement supply chain transformation in alignment to organizational goals
  • Maintain safety standards.
  • CORE involvements to improve efficiency of the process. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.
