What You’ll Do: You will play a vital role in providing essential clerical support to our vehicle maintenance, auto body damage and fleet services departments. Your duties will include managing inventory, processing purchase and repair orders, handling invoices, managing accounts payable and receivables, and depending on the location, ordering automotive parts, tools, and other necessary supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering phones and effectively communicating with both internal and external parties. This role may also involve assisting with onboarding and training, as well as providing valuable clerical support to the on-site manager.
