Utz Quality Foods is pleased to announce an opportunity for students to join us for a Supply Chain Co-op. Co-Op will take place in State College, PA from May – December 2026. The Supply Chain Department at Utz includes: Customer Logistics, Demand/Supply Planning, Innovation, Purchasing, Transportation, and Warehousing. The successful co-op candidate(s) will work for one of the areas listed above. The co-op position is a paid full-time position where you take a semester off of school to work.  Join us for an opportunity to work with our Supply Chain team on various tasks and projects.  Gain valuable experience while networking with associates throughout the organization. Applicants must have competency in all Microsoft Office products, effective communication skills and strong organizational skills.  Key Responsibilities  Demand Forecasting:   * Assist in analyzing historical sales data to contribute to accurate demand forecasts.  Inventory Management:   * Support the maintenance of optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.  * Monitor inventory turnover rates and propose improvements for more efficient stock management.  Order Fulfillment:   * Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.  * Assist in optimizing order processing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.  Data Analysis:   * Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights and generate reports on key performance indicators.  * Contribute to the development of dashboards for real-time monitoring of supply chain metrics.  Cross-Functional Collaboration:   * Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.  * Participate in regular team meetings to share updates and insights.  Transportation/Warehousing  * Tracking freight through coordination with carriers.   * Work with both transportation and warehouses to coordinate shipments and inventory.  Job Requirements  * High level of competency in all Microsoft Office products.  * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.  * Highly organized and detail oriented.  * Flexible and highly motivated.  Continuously Pursuing Excellence!
