QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in production and operations management or industrial engineering;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field;
  • Knowledge of Autocad is an asset;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Sense of initiative with a strong entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America up to 30% ;
Responsibilities
  • Participate in all stages of project life cycle from inception through to post-launch feedback, including initial planning, development, execution, and post-launch review phases.
  • Identify potential supply chain savings;
  • Recommend distribution center layout and optimal flow of operations;
  • Prepare project presentation to customer;
  • Configure the technological solutions associated with the customer’s needs;
  • Write development requirements and schedule tasks;
  • Participate in the design and implementation of process changes;
  • Train clients on new software programs being implemented;
  • Create blog posts and white papers on a variety of topics.
  • Participate in various recruiting, networking, symposium and conference events, as required;
  • Any other related tasks;
