DESCRIPTION The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Analyst at GoodMorning.com is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements across the supply chain to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sourcing, Contract Management, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Operations, to pinpoint areas for enhancement and ensure alignment with overall business goals. The Specialist utilizes methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to facilitate process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain function. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management capability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. RESPONSIBILITIES * Process Improvement Support: * Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics Leads to assess current systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize workflow. * Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that reflect best practices in logistics and supply chain management. * Implement approved improvement initiatives, monitoring outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals. * KPI Tracking & Analysis: * Work with leads to track and analyze primary and secondary KPIs, such as, without limitation, Total Labour Spent on After Sales support, After Sales CSAT, Fulfillment Lead Time, and Inventory Levels. * Develop, manage, and optimize databases to capture and organize critical supply chain data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for analysis and reporting. * Project Execution: * Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness within supply chain operations. * Coordinate with team members to break down project goals into actionable tasks, set timelines, and ensure successful completion of each project phase. * Report on project outcomes, tracking the impact of process changes and continuous improvement initiatives on KPIs and overall operational performance. * Risk Management & Mitigation: * Identify operational risks across quality, logistics and supply chain functions, such as potential delays, increased costs, or inventory discrepancies. * Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies, such as workflow adjustments or updates to SOPs, to support continuous and seamless operations. REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS * 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, with a strong focus on process improvement and data analysis. * Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and a demonstrated ability to implement process changes effectively. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, capable of using data to drive decisions and enhance operational performance. * Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and convey complex information clearly. * Background in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management.  SKILLS * In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. * Skilled in KPI tracking and analysis, particularly in logistics and supply chain metrics related to customer satisfaction, lead time, and cost management. * Proficiency in using tools for data analysis, reporting, and process documentation to support improvement initiatives. * Strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and operational standards. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a results-oriented focus while ensuring attention to detail.
