Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating AGCCA’s end‑to‑end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer support. This role supports order management, ERP data integrity, customer master data management, and coordination across key internal functions including business management, warehousing, production planning, quality control, and technical service. The coordinator monitors OTIF performance, facilitates returns and credit processing, and provides departmental backup as needed. Essential Functions: * Supports the timely and accurate order receiving and entry process utilizing the ERP order system. * Coordinates artificial intelligence (AI) integration and daily monitoring of AI tools and service provider.  * Monitors and implements real time OTIF tracking and reporting of late orders shipped.  * Coordinates customer product returns and processes credits. * Proactively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. * Serves as a back-up to process receipt and entry of warehouse picking tickets for processing of customer sales orders. * Manages Customer Master Data in ERP order system. * Manages Customer Order Backlog.   * Provides back-up support for departmental coworkers when needed due to absence, etc. * Other duties assigned by management. Job Requirements: * High school or equivalent education and at least 1-3 years in a supply chain assignment in a manufacturing environment. * Proficient in end-to-end order management.  * Demonstrated ability to professionally support internal and external customers.  * Excellent critical thinking skills and organization skills, proficient in Microsoft Office. * Inventory control knowledge and import/export experience. * Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.  * Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, accomplish tasks, or travel from one worksite to another * Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. * No adverse environmental conditions expected.
