What You’ll Do Champion and uphold the company’s vision across your areas of responsibility. Tackle and resolve operational challenges using established processes and leadership guidance. Ensure accuracy and compliance by following checklists, documenting issues, and verifying standards. Support scheduling, assignments, and communication across teams. Partner closely with HR and PET teams on recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development. Participate in interviews and provide technical feedback on candidate qualifications. Train team members on SOPs to maintain consistency and quality. Gather and report KPI data to help leadership make informed decisions. Contribute to performance reviews and employee assessments. Spot opportunities for improvement—even outside your department—and help strengthen cross‑team collaboration. What You Bring Experience in production control logistics and inventory management. Knowledge of production planning and scheduling. Strong administrative and organizational skills. A mindset focused on continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellflower, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
