Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our purchasing, supplier management, and data operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate purchase orders, timely deliveries, effective returns management, and reliable ERP data integrity. What You’ll Do Quotes support - Alt Sourcing Activity (Sales) Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery (Purchasing) Obsolescence and Returns Management - Contact Suppliers requesting returns, project mgt all the way through securing credit (Purchasing, AP, Warehouse) Communicate with suppliers to track orders and resolve issues (Purchasing, Accounts Payable) Manage freight claims, OS&D (Over/Short/Damage/Defect), and vendor credits (Warehouse, Ops, Purchasing) Maintain accurate supplier pricing and product data in ERP systems (Purchasing, Catalog Maintenance) Perform data formatting and prep data for mass updates using advanced Excel skills (Purchasing, Catalog Maintenance) Triage and escalate Accounting Service Tickets and AP Invoice escalation requests (Accounts Payable, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing) Investigate and resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies (Accounts Payable, Purchasing) Requirements What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Data Management, or Supply Chain Operations. Experience handling freight claims, RMAs, vendor credits, or returns management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation). Experience working within ERP systems and performing system updates or mass uploads. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Coordinator will support purchasing, supplier management, and data operations by monitoring purchase orders and managing returns. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate supplier pricing in ERP systems and resolving invoice discrepancies.
