In this position, you will be responsible for the interface with supply planning within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. You will manage material planning (raw materials and packaging) as well as the shipment of finished products and coordinate delivery dates with freight forwarders (FCA). Furthermore, you will organize sample shipments in compliance with regulations, be responsible for customs clearance for the Wurzen site, and create reports and analyses to manage relevant supply chain KPIs.In your future role as Supply Chain Coordinator, you will do this.

• Coordination of monthly forecasting activities in close collaboration with Production and Supply Planner EMEIA,
• Ensuring efficient order processing from order receipt to delivery to the customer,
• Responsible for handling and coordinating transports in cooperation with logistics sourcing and freight forwarders,
• Ensure coordination with production and quality management
• Monitoring production deadlines and coordinating appointments with customer service, as well as organizing sample shipments in compliance with all regulations,
• Ensure the preparation of shipping and export documents as well as the processing of export customs declarations,
• Take on the creation of reports and analyses as well as the control of processes based on relevant supply chain KPIs,
• Responsible for coordinating material requirements planning for raw materials and packaging,
• Ensuring compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations at the Wurzen site.

Your qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in the field of planning/control, supply chain, materials management or similar professional fields,
• Successfully completed commercial training, for example as a freight forwarding clerk,
• Excellent knowledge in the areas of supply chain management (IBP processes and order and shipping processing),
• Good English skills,
• Proficient use of SAP systems (e.g., Atlas ECC, BW), EPI and MS Office applications,
• Customs expertise in the area of ​​import and export processing as well as preferential law.
