Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that provides administrative support to the department and ensures that the end-user/client is properly serviced according to job site delivery agreements and/or requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience is preferred.
  • 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI Preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Support the planning department with purchase order (PO) entry, management, shipment tracking, and exception reporting.
  • Reconcile POs by verifying product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
  • Communicate with suppliers, product teams, transportation, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments, accurate receiving, and issue resolution.
  • Resolve accounts payable (AP) issues related to PO goods receipts.
  • Review and maintain accurate supplier and SKU setup information.
  • Monitor exception reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Complete data entry tasks to support planning and inventory management.
  • Maintain frequent email communication and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • May work directly with other departments to analyze, resolve, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with various supply chain software systems to solve common issues related to purchase orders and inventory.
  • Establish and maintain departmental records, data, and filing systems.
  • Provide support for order management and other various activities for the department.
  • Gain understanding of company operations and industry trends and actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
