Supply Chain Coordinator About The Role: We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day procurement and logistics activities across the organization. This is an entry-level to early-career role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of procurement, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Logistics Coordination Support coordination of inbound shipments with internal logistics teams and external partners. Assist with shipping documentation, compliance paperwork, basic customs-related requirements and carrier invoices. Track shipments and escalate delays or issues to the Logistics Lead as needed. Support resolution of routine logistics issues and administrative inquiries. Procurement Support Support invoice validation, escalating discrepancies to the Logistics Lead or procurement partners as needed. Assist with purchase order creation and administrative tracking. Help ensure purchasing data is accurate and up to date in supply chain systems. Cross-Functional & Administrative Support Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, finance, and sales teams on routine operational requests. Support invoice processing and documentation. Assist with reporting, data entry, and ad-hoc operational tasks as required. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes. Requirements: Experience: 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or an administrative operations role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred. Organization & Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Systems & Tools: Comfortable working with Excel and internal systems; ERP experience is a plus. Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operational environment. Collaboration: Team-oriented and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders. This role is based on site at our Fulfillment & Distribution Center in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
