SALARY: £27,222 PER ANNUM PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Materials team based at The Harley Street Clinic. This role is vital in providing comprehensive goods receipting services into the hospital.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• To work as a part of Supply Chain team supporting needs of the wards along with the wider Supply Chain team
• To manage goods Inwards, checking and receipting of goods into the Hospital and ensuring goods are segregated as per requesting departments
• To receive, check and put away Materials Management products at the appropriate locations. Identify and report discrepancies as appropriate
• To perform cycle count for inventory stocks in a timely and accurate manner to maintain stock at an agreed level
• Liaise with vendors and ensure goods are returned to the suppliers in respect of product recalls and routine returns for incorrect deliveries
• To assist with the monthly high cost consumables count, quarterly consignment counts and annual stock take
