The team is focused on scheduling, fulfillment planning and execution of product and service parts through our operations in support of our high fulfillment rate targets. Primary Responsibilities As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will coordinate product move requests within our facilities and create orders to process interplant shipments. Follow up will include communication with material handling, warehouse and logistics teams to execute the moves and track performance. There is a high degree of customer and inter-departmental communications required with particular attention to detail. Additional work will focus on our shipment promise date integrity across our fulfillment functions. * Managing the PVR requisition process * Entering orders to process interplant transfers * Scheduling pick lists, shipments and special order requests * Managing order status inquiries, communications and interactions * Support individual locations and their specific paperwork and processes * Date management support on all fulfillment activities in our distribution network Required Qualifications * HSD or equivalent * High level of communication and organizational skills * Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, etc.) * ERP business system experience Preferred Qualifications * Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related * Familiarity with distribution channels (receiving, warehousing and shipping merchandise) * SAP experience We value our employees by providing: * Competitive compensation based on skills * Industry leading health, dental, and vision plans * Generous 401 (K) savings and profit sharing * On-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking paths * Education assistance and internal training programs * Electric vehicle charging * Maternity & paternity leave * Interested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
