Klipspringer is looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at our Ipswich Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery, and optimising supply chain operations across various customer accounts. Working closely with our procurement, logistics, and operations teams, the ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a strategic problem-solver, and passionate about ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENTIAL BACKGROUND

GCSE-level qualification in English and Maths, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes. Experience in a supply chain or logistics role is essential, along with proficiency in spreadsheets, Excel, and IQ Intact (or similar ERP systems). Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills are crucial, as well as the ability to manage costs and improve processes. Attention to detail, the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, and a passion for supply chain are essential for success.

SKILLS AND REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

  • You must be able to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • A solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery, is essential for managing daily operations.
  • You should be able to quickly identify and resolve supply chain issues, while adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial for sucess.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, spreadsheets, and IQ Intact (or similar ERP systems) is important for managing and analysing data effectively.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, analysing data, and implementing process improvements are key to ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
  • Understanding of importing procedures and customs regulations, ensuring compliance and smooth clearance for timely deliveries
