Responsabilities: • Oversee and guide the Demand Planners, responsible for creating and adjusting forecasts; • Direct the Supply Planners, tasked with order management, stock outs, and maintaining optimal company stock levels (across stores and warehouse); • Formulate and implement clear action plans, coordinating their execution to ensure adequate availability of all active items to customers—right quantity, right place, and on time; • Facilitate team meetings and timely action planning, closely monitoring progress; Identify potential risks in forecast and order planning, contributing to the development of more efficient plans; • Define flow types and delivery conditions in alignment with customer and company needs; • Ensure standardized use, maintenance, and continuous improvement of tools for forecast planning and order management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics Management and Distribution, Management, among others; Experience in the Supply area and/or in the Demand area of at least 3/4 years; Mastery of MS Office tools, namely with Excel (advanced knowledge); Experience in tools such as Google Clould Platform and Microstrategy (preferred); Fluency in English; Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit; Priority management skills.
