- Your responsibilities include creating, processing, and tracking delivery notes, as well as ensuring timely and smooth order processing.

- Your responsibilities include coordinating national and international product purchases, taking into account availability, delivery dates and customer requirements.
- They are responsible for processing and tracking customer orders, deliveries and procurement processes in SAP and ensure the correct posting of all relevant business transactions.
- Maintaining and updating customer, material and master data in the SAP system is also your responsibility.
- Furthermore, you will work closely with the sales, purchasing, logistics and supply chain management departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information along the entire supply chain.

The formula for your success - You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on logistics, wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable field.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the areas of supply chain management, purchasing, order processing, customer service or logistics.
- You are proficient in using ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as the common MS Office applications.
- They possess a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes as well as the management of goods, information and material flows.
- They are characterized by a structured, meticulous and independent work style and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- A high degree of customer and service orientation, as well as strong communication skills, will enable you to collaborate successfully with internal and external contacts.
