Job Description • Analysis of complex logistics processes using internal and external information • Verify the reported logistics cost versus the real executed services • Claims Management between Suppliers, Logistics service providers (LSP) and Stores • Monitoring and control over the service level of the LSP. KPI management • Pallet balance management with Stores, Suppliers and LSP • Daily monitoring of orders between stores, LSP and suppliers and their management in ERP system • Coordination and control of import deliveries – documents handling, cost calculation • Organization of goods receiving and claims management • Control of customs clearance process • Monitoring and issuing of all requirements by the Bulgarian legislation • Communication with Bulgarian authorities regarding import permits licenses and certificates • Participate actively in the improvement of processes within SCM and the whole company by bringing new ideas, proposals and methods that will lead to higher optimization Qualifications • University degree in Economics, Logistics would be an advantage • Good level of spoken and written English • Analytical skills and logical thinking • Excellent MS Office literacy (advanced Excel, Access or Database knowledge is an advantage) • Experience in Supply Chain will be an advantage • Ability to work under pressure and according to priorities • Good organizational skills • Previous experience in customs area will be considered as an advantage Additional Information • Good prospects for professional and career development in a fast growing multinational company • Participation in various national and international projects • Continuous training in a state of the art environment • Additional health insurance • 10% discount at our stores
