About the Role Ormiston Hospital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our supply chain, inventory control, and stock replenishment processes. Working closely with the Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in ensuring that inventory levels, procurement support, and ERP system data are maintained accurately to support clinical teams and ensure uninterrupted patient care. This role is ideal for someone with experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, stock control, and ERP systems who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing inwards goods, receipting, and supplier deliveries Maintaining accurate ERP system data and master data management Supporting inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock optimisation Monitoring stock levels and assisting with supply planning and demand forecasting Assisting with annual stocktakes and cycle counts Supporting procurement and purchasing processes Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and system updates Working collaboratively with clinical teams to ensure critical medical supplies are available when required About You To be successful in this role you will be reliable, organised, and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines. You will also bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory control, supply chain coordination, warehousing, or procurement support Experience using ERP systems (experience with TechnologyOne / Tech1 highly advantageous) Strong inventory management and stock control skills High level of data accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Experience in a healthcare, hospital, or medical supply environment would be an advantage but is not essential. Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand, either as a New Zealand citizen, resident, or hold a valid New Zealand work visa.
