Job Description Responsible for all packaging & labelling requirements in line with Customer specifications, including any non-conformances Responsible for all aspects of returnable packaging & aligns with Plants, 3PL, Customer & Supplier Ensures all documentation & requirements are implemented in each 3PL & agreed by Customers Recommends improvements to packaging & labelling processes, including Customer line trials Ensures 3PL’s effectively manage the rental packaging accounts & supports to resolve any issues Monitors all invoices from packaging suppliers to ensure costs are aligned to Budget Liaises with Customers to understand project packaging requirements & supports to implement Review & prepare Logistics costs impacts for all Change Requests Prepare & monitor all costing information for Budgets Supports additional Supply Chain activities within the team Qualifications Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent Excellent Excel / Microsoft Office skills Proficient in data analysis Team player Self motivated Excellent customer interface skills Able to prioritise & work to deadlines Prepared to travel to other Leoni & Customer sites, when required Additional Information Competitive Salary dependent on experience 34 holidays including bank holidays with an accrual of an additional 5 days relating to service Annual Bonus Company Contributory Workplace Pension (up to 10% contribution) Cashplan Healthcare Scheme 37.5 hour working week Flexible Working Policy (including working from home) CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: Wednesday 17th December 2025 People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
