Job Description About this opportunity This is a busy, varied coordination role that sits at the heart of our site operations. You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across supply chain, procurement, and day-to-day site activities—helping ensure materials, orders, and suppliers are all aligned. Your key responsibilities will be to: Assist with ordering and coordinating raw materials (resin) and deliveries Work with suppliers and external partners to track orders and resolve day-to-day queries Monitor inventory movements and support stocktakes Raise purchase orders and follow up on deliveries Help manage site consumables, office supplies, and general purchasing Support supplier setup and data management in SAP Assist with basic production scheduling and tracking Monitor open and overdue orders Help maintain accurate data in planning systems Provide general admin support across the site (printing, organising, coordination tasks) Support site facilities coordination, contractors, and day-to-day office needs (e.g. catering, visitors logistics, cleaning contractor management etc.) Assist with reporting and tracking of key metrics Your skills and experience Strong organisation and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability to change A proactive, “happy to help” attitude Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Resourceful, reliable and motivated Additional Information Why Join?
