Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our materials manufacturer client in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. This is a hybrid position - 3 days a week in office.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Job Description:
The Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Supply Chain Manager of the Durable Goods Business Unit. The Supply Chain Coordinator learns the interworking of the Supply Chain function by completing inventory movements, data reconciliation and validation. Executes SAP transactions and contributes to ad-hoc reporting.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS /WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service, or Arkema Supply Chain Internship
  • ERP Experience (SAP strongly preferred)
  • Experience in Transportation Management Systems preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Support Supply Chain Operations for plants, tolling operations, and import of product supporting business in the US and Canada, including:(60%)
  • Execute daily entries and routine transactions related to SAP (inventory, QC, imports, master data, third party transactional support, etc.), TMS load planning, execute purchasing receipts, invoice processing and equipment tracking for Arkema and third-party sites.
  • Perform tasks associated with equipment fleet coordination, product reclaim, etc.
  • Validate and process vendor invoices
  • Serve as NAFTA coordinator as required
  • Participate in supply chain projects as needed.Support the Sales and Operations Planning, Execution Process by managing the following activities:
  • Reconcile inventory, execute SAP transactions
  • Monitor stock levels vs. stock targets.Support Supply Chain initiatives, reporting, including digitalization:
  • Extract and organize data for ad hoc reporting
  • Coordinate swaps and trading agreements as instructed by SC leader
  • Assist with the adaptation of tools by the broader organization.
  • Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of digital initiatives, reporting, and process improvement
